Albert T. Rice, Founder and Owner
Albert T. Rice is the founder and owner of Rice Protection & Security Solutions, LLC., a Security Consulting and Security Guard Company, based in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Rice's career comes from serving 21 years with the United States Secret Service and as a Desert Storm Veteran with the US Army. Mr. Rice has protected our Presidents, Vice Presidents, and numerous World Leaders. Mr. Rice has extensive knowledge with working in Central and South America and served as USSS Country Attache for the American Embassy Brasilia, Brasil.
Mr. Rice was a member of the United States 82nd Airborne Division, the 96th Civil Affairs (Special Operations Command).
